Oct 08 . INTERVIEW ON WORLD RADIO SWITZERLAND
On Thursday 30th October at 9:00 (GMT+1) Chris will be talking to Jennifer Davies about the relationship between figurative painting and mainstream arts on World Radio Switzerland, part of the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation. Chris will share his views on how developments in the long history of the fine arts have come to shape the modern visual language and how he sees the discipline of oil painting in its contemporary context.

The interview will be broadcast on Swiss by Design; a weekly arts program hosted by Jennifer which explores Switzerland's contemporary culture and creative scenes. Oct 08 . LIVE PAINTING AT ILLUSTRATIVE 08, ZÜRICH
Chris and Cornelia Wittwer will be pariticpating in a live painting demonstration at Illustrative 08; the leading European forum for contemporary illustration and graphic arts. The Live Painting event has been organised to give the public a close-up view of urban artists at work over a period of several days. Sep 08 . SECOND EXHIBITION AT THE ROTE FABRIK, ZÜRICH
Figurative drawings and paintings by Cornelia Wittwer will be on show at the Rote Fabrik from September 15th for a duration of 1 month. The exhibition includes one large painting which Cornelia and Chris created together as part of a larger collaborative project.
